Ronald McDonald House Cincinnati provides a "home away from home" for families with seriously ill or injured children. In 2024 they provided over sixty-thousand nights of care to families hospitalized at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and other local hospitals. We partnered with them by preparing and serving meals to families staying at the house.
FreeStore Foodbank is the largest emergency food provider in Greater Cincinnati, distributing 47 million meals annually to low-income families through a network of 611 community partners. Members of Beautiful Savior helped out at FreeStore Foodbank by packing several hundred boxes of food for people in need. We're grateful to the employees at FreeStore who make volunteering run smoothly!
Oakley Community Council organizes regular Community Cleanups and Community-Wide events. We've volunteered with them in efforts to keep the community clean. We thank the leaders at Oakley Community Council for organizing these events and making it easy for neighbors to get involved!
Shelterhouse works to provide basic human services for men and women in the Greater Cincinnati area who are experiencing homelessness. They provide overnight shelter and regular meals. We've helped by sponsoring and serving meals at Shelterhouse.
Wasson Way is a mixed-use trail that connects neighborhoods on Cincinnati's east side. This trail network is maintained by volunteers through regular service events and through community donations. Beautiful Savior supported the trail by raising funds as part of the Oakley Community Yard Sale. We hope to partner with Wasson Way on additional projects in the future!
